Welcome to the Dylan House Group of Studio Apartments. We currently have three Apart Hotels which comprise of around 104 studio's from Westminster to Kensington - Dylan House has 23 studio's in the heart of Central london situated in Devonshire Terrace and is very close to Paddington, Bayswater and Hyde Park, as well as walking distance to the world famous shopping arena known as Oxford Street! The property is set over basement and four floors up and is a grade II property built in the 1800's. Our studio's are spacious and you can enjoy your stay in comfort and quietness with all refinements such as HD TV Internet.
We Cater for all of our clients especially our longer term guests. Our longest guest had stayed for 3 years! We also cater for business clients as well as personal so if your stay is one of pleasure or work Dylan Paddington is the place where you should come home to! Come as a guest leave as a friend.
The Dylan Group also has two further properties situated in Earls Court which are moments away from Warwick Road Tube Station. The first property is called Dylan Earls Court which has 40 studio's and is situated in Philbeach Gardens London SW5 over two 18th Century Building's with the advantage of a lift and garden, currently Dylan Earls Court is having its studios upgraded to a very high standard, such upgrades include Luxury Studio's with high end kitchens body showers with built in shower TV's, we apologise for any inconvieniance!!!

Finally we also have Dylan Kensington Studio Apartments which are situated along the famous Warwick Road these properties have 42 Studios over two buildings almost opposite each other and will be shortly undergoing a cosmetic upgrade. Both Dylan Earls Court and Dylan Kensington are both close to the world famous Earls Court and Olympia Exhibition Halls as well as being close to the famous
Victoria & Albert Museum, so take a nice walk to Knightsbridge Harrods or go shopping to Westfield which is walking distance.
All three properties are in the Borough of Chelsea and are close to Chelsea and Fulham Football Grounds. All of our properties have full internet, Laundry, Car Service and kitchenettes in each studio to make your stay more comfortable. At Earls Court we are moments away from Tesco 24 Hr store. The Dylan Group is close to most airports such as Heathrow, City and a 40 minute car ride to Gatwick. Our studios are close to Wimbledon Tennis which is 12 minute train ride away!
